Guards: sadness, joy, proudness and difficulty
Any profession has the good and the bad, the security guard job is no exception.
“Give exclamation (!) to get the word “之”
Being guards is like “policeman”
Alternately guard the area
The longer guards work, the more understanding they are about the real souls”
Pham Minh Viet– Director of PMV happily confides in Ngoi Sao Viet entrepreneur magazine about the job that he has loved more than 10 years.
A couple of funny little stories PMV will tell:
Story 1: Protection at the factory
– My staff boasted to me that: “Every day, I am forced to “watch” 9000 breasts, 9000 thighs, 9000 waists. I immediately said: “If you do not watch carefully, we will be fired”. In fact, the security guards must observe to prevent workers from stealing in human clothing and it is normal that a garment company has 9000 women.
All bread is not baked in one oven. However, some workers are pilferers who try to hide assets. Thus, companies hire security services. They desire to be able to reduce the losses.
Deal with problems
All people work for money
Go around near and far
Treat strictly, workers shall glare!
Story 2: Being insulted by workers is normal
Guard occupation looks very imposing and like genuine police. Yet everyday, being insulted by workers is normal.
Reminding workers not going late or asking them to stop checking leads to being insulted by workers. However, guards can not stop doing these because they have to pay compensation for customers if there are losses. While customers condescend workers, guards are required to maintain order regulations. Being insulted by workers for guards is unavoidable.
Story 3: sadness and joy
Be exposed to sun and dew
After work hours, be tired
Any profession has the good and the bad
Guard occupation has the sadness and the joy
Guard occupation has the sadness and the joy. The sadness is mentioned above while the joy is what guards do for customers, especially for female workers. In addition to security and order operations, guards help sick workers. For pregnant workers, guards help them park vehicles and receive thanks. Even guards do pum vehicles, work as porters, water trees. But if unfortunately there are explosions, thefts or brawls in the factory, guards are the first staffs who are blamed.
Conclusion:
Well, every profession has the good and the bad. It is important that guards still have pride because they like extended arms of the national security forces. Preserving security, customer assets to contribute to maintaining security and public order for society should be a pride for guards. Our joy is that each shift is secure and trust and satisfaction of existing customers.
