A commander who manages professional security guards in Tay Ninh

Due to the need to expand, PMV needs to recruit 01 commander to manage the security guards in Tay Ninh contributing to high-quality security services to serve customers.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage and care customers in Tay Ninh.

2. Manage the entire security guards in the region to make sure that they do the best task for the clients and strictly abide by the regulations of the company.

3. Ensure that the objectives are always safe, stable and no problems occur. The security guards work for clients in a professional manner.

4. Ensure that guards seriously implement and complete the administrative personnel management processes contributing to maintain and improve the professional quality of the company.

5. Train staffs preparing to deploy security services to new customers.

6. Advise the director to build and grow the company.

III. STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:

– Have graduated in high schools or higher.

– Work experience: at least 02 years in the work of guarding.

– The level of computerization: proficient

– Knowledge of the law of Vietnam

– Look good

– Family status: Being Tay Ninh is given priority.

– Ability to plan and organize work.

– Good communication

– Ability to solve problems better

– Ability to work under pressure

– A high sense of responsibility

IV. REQUIREMENTS ON RECORDS:

Formal job application form, but must include:

Health certificate (provided by county/district or higher hospitals )

Behaviour certificate (provided by commune/ ward police stations where you register the permanent residence. It is the confirmation of the status of criminal records)

Household register – a certified photocopy

Identity card – photocopy and bring the original for comparison

Relevant qualifications – Copy and bring the original for comparison

V. Entitlements

1) Basic salary: 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 VND / month (this salary to the insured, charges for annual leave)

2) Average income: agree when interviewing

3) Working time: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.

4) In addition to the salary, get entitled to allowances depending on the position

5) Participate in the full social insurance prescribed by law

6) Enjoy accident insurance sponsored totally by the company

7) Enjoy the 13th month salary bonus (one month’s salary) at the end of the year and the annual senior award

8) Be paid the yearly leave in accordance with the law
