JOB DESCRIPTION
Work during office hours, from 08:00 to 12:00 am; from 13:00 to 17:00
If your apply general accountant position, it is imperative that you must have experienced, when you have experience you must have understood the general accounting is nothing!
For the accountant position, your work is as follows:
– Bank accountant
– Accounting for debt (receivable and payable)
– Payroll accounting
– Bookkeeper
III. STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduated from colleges, or universities
– Work experience: not required
– The level of computerization: basic skills
– Proficiency in English
– Knowledge of the law of Vietnam
– Good appearance
– Ability to plan and organize work.
– Good communication
– Ability to solve problems
– Ability to work under pressure
– Have a high sense of responsibility
REQUIREMENTS ON RECORDS:
Formal job application form, but must include:
2 copies of resume
1 copy of job applications
Health certificate (provided by county/district or higher hospitals )
Behaviour certificate (provided by commune/ ward police stations where you register the permanent residence. It is the confirmation of the status of criminal records)
Household register – a certified photocopy
Identity card – photocopy and bring the original for comparison
Relevant qualifications – Copy and bring the original for comparison
Entitlements
1) Basic salary: 4,000,000 and 6,000,000 VND/ month (this salary to the insured, charges for annual leave). In addition to salary, business staffs also enjoy a monthly commission.
2) Total earnings: will agree in the interview
3) Working time: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
4) In addition to salary and commission, entitle to other allowances depending on the position
5) Participate in the social insurance prescribed by law
6) Enjoy accident insurance sponsored totally by the company
7) Enjoy the 13th month salary bonus (one month’s salary) at the end of the year, and the annual senior award,
8) Be paid the yearly leave in accordance with the law
